RETURNS
- for being food supplements, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived in poor condition.
- The product is defective.
- The product received does not correspond to the requested.
- To request a return, you must write to us at info@zenvianatural.com within the 5 business days following delivery, attaching product photos and order number.
The product must be Unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition to apply to return.
Refunds and exchanges
- Once your request has been received and validated, we will make the exchange for a new product or the corresponding refund.
We do not make returns due to improper use, poor storage or non-conformity with the taste or results, since our products are complements of well-being and do not replace healthy habits.
